Overview
Marco ("we", "us") helps you discover travel recommendations through MatchCards. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Quiz answers you provide in MatchCards (interests, budget, travel dates, and similar preferences).
- Trip recommendation data generated for you, including when you open or share a results link.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and approximate usage analytics to improve the product.
How we use your information
We use your inputs to generate personalized trip recommendations, display results, and improve Marco. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
AI processing
When you request a live recommendation, your quiz responses may be sent to our AI provider to produce a trip plan. Example trips on the home page are pre-generated and do not require sending your data.
Data retention
Results shared via URL are encoded in the link itself. We may retain server logs for a limited period for security and debugging. You can stop using shared links at any time by not distributing them further.
